- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Poor customer service - After my son was discharged from the hospital I had to get prescriptions filled. I had been up for a long time and needed to get him home but didn't want to have to run back out. I stopped at my local pharmacy and gave them the prescriptions. They told me that there would be 45 minute wait and I agreed. 48 minute later they called me up and gave me one of the prescriptions and said that they didn't have the other. I asked them if any other Walgreen's had it and they said that they didn't know. I went to a competitor who'd also didn't have it but they called other locations and found it for me. This was the customer service that was lacking at Walgreen's. I had been a loyal Walgreen customer but since then I have never gone back.September 26, 2017by David Knight
